Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Cavara face roller. We offer 30 day returns.

How to return

1. Email hello@cavaraskincare.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will reply with a returns address and instructions.
3. Send the item back in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your roller arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days at hello@cavaraskincare.com with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
